Chrome Cast with Bluetooth?

I will be going away shortly and the place that I'm staying at will not have any cable or wifi.

I will be buying a Roam Mobility for wifi while I'm gone but I don't want to go through all my high speed gigs using my chrome cast to watch movies I've downloaded.

Is there anything out there that works like chrome cast to send the signal from my iPad but that doesn't use wifi?

If you're casting from your device, it shouldn't take any data:

Alternatively, a miracast dongle should work for what you want to do too.

The Chromecast doesn't use internet data while casting local content or screen mirroring from a local device, but it does need an internet connection to load apps in the first place since all apps are loaded on demand.

Various places.
iPad, samsungS4 and to a hard drive
