CIBC credit card customer service

Anyone get through to them lately? Closed on the weekends? Are they on strike or something? Close to 2 hrs of waiting on hold and still nobody picking up the phone..? :facepalm:

I'm tempted to try the French route, since getting nowhere trying English.

Don't waste your time, French isn't any better. I think they might be worse than Scotia, which is a feat in itself.
I can't afford to buy cheap stuff. Always on lookout for deals on quality goods and services.
