Citylights on Broadway

Did anyone go into this project? It's coming along quickly now.

Can any agents give me an estimate on what you think the current sqft rates would be in this area?

Not an agent but based on the 150 Redpath condos, resale for new units is around 1k per sq ft. E-condos is more, around $1.1k.

Preconstruction is a little above that.

my parents have couple units for this project and got notified it will be completed in Jan 2021
but most likely it will be delayed further
