Do you happen to know if Coast defines "PAD" as a PULL from the merchant, or can you set up bill payments (push) to account?

ie. does setting up credit card bill payments via Coast count as a PAD?

I don’t know. You get different answers on that one from the same bank some times. They are open still , call them. 8 pm I think. B.C. time.

So after collecting all my personal information including SIN I get this error message:
