Collections contact officer CRA

Hello Everyone!
I recently applied for the role of collections contact officer with CRA. I don't have much experience with collections as most of my experience has been in financial advisory roles. I took the online test and passed and I have the interview coming up soon.

Does anyone have any ideas the kind of questions that will be asked? I am also worries about the term offer and wondering if people ever get converted to permanent positions.
