Collectors should be this unit

If pot, ceramic, butterfly, vase, CDs, statues, frame and art collectors join their funds, they can all invest in this apartment: https://www.realtor.ca/real-estate/2526 ... ia-jubilee

Even if they put $.50-$5.000 for most items, they can probably get tens of thousand of $$ back just by selling all the junk!

Its in excellent condition and reasonably organized, compared to what hoarder houses generally look like.

I bet the owner downsized from a large home, only before realizing they had way too much stuff for this unit.

I know an eBay seller definitely would snatch this stuff in a heartbeat. Definitely not junk
