Collingwood day trip/one night stay - are things relatively open or not worth going at this time?

Thinking of heading to Collingwood/Blue Mountain area for a day trip or overnight stay. Has anyone been there recently and were things open in terms of dining/visiting?

Would also appreciate lodging and dining recommendations if things are open.

I was at Blue Mountain last week and outdoor dining is open including Collingwood.

I was there during weekdays and was not crowded. However, resort staff mentioned weekends are insanely busy.

(Error in my first post where I mentioned I was there on weekend, when in fact we were there during the week.)
