Combining USD Visa Debit cards into one

Hello,
I have a bunch of $5, $10 USD e-Visa Debit cards with my name on them expiring in a month. It is hard to find places where they can process multiple methods of payment. Is there any way to combine them into one and extend the expiring date? or is there a way to deposit them into a USD bank account?

I do but I don't like to limit myself to Amazon.com .

If you use PayPal, you could try adding funds to your account and combine them that way. No idea if they charge any service fees for credit card adding balance (I know you can, I never did it).

You are already limited by an expiry date in one month. Use it or lose it.
