Commercial mortgage with TD
I’m in the process of getting a commercial mortgage with TD. What a pain it’s been but don’t have a lot of time to shop around. Any tips to help in the process?

Yep, they all take long and are a pain because adjudicating them is difficult. Not just TD.
Only way to help out, is to make sure you have all documentation in order. Proper business financials, personal T1's and NOAs, projected financials if needed, heads up to the property owner/management if appraisals needed etc.
Easiest way is to give the lender your accountant contact and your accountant can forward whatever they need.
