Compare two Laptops to buy

Hi, I am interested to buy following Lenovo i5 attractive model and have good spec for day to day common regular use. I just wanted to advise about Lenovo Model. OR should I go with Acer.

Lenovo Thinkpad E590 - 15.6" - Core i5 8265U - 8GB RAM - 256 GB SSD - Touched Screen, LED backlight - $649.99 in Best Buy (Obsolete Model - Display Model on Sale)

VS

Acer Aspire 5 A515-56T-39HN Laptop, i3-1115G4 - 8GB RAM - 512 GB SSD LED backlight - $729.99 in Costco

Somewhere between Mi…
I would recommend a Lenovo T-series if you can find a gently used one with return privileges or stretch your budget for a new one. Screen a bit small for home use but you can run it with a larger monitor at home (and maybe sometime later a dock/keyboard/portable SSD) and enjoy a smaller laptop when out of the house. I wouldn't buy anything from Best Buy however.

I would stay away from acer but that's me.

for day to day usage either one would be fine just look at the keyboard as I am personally not a fan of the bilingual keyboards as its always screws up my typing.

Really depends on specifically you are doing with the laptop everyday. What is your regular day to day work?
