Compressor to Winterizing Sprinkler System

Hello all,

I have a sprinkler system from Toro that need to be winterized soon. Currently I am paying a company $85 per year to do this.

I was thinking of buying a compressor system so that I can do it myself. Can anyone here help me and let me know what exactly I need to buy to be able to do this?

Thanks

A fitting/adapter which fits your compressor hose on one end and the sprinkler system on the other.
warming up the earth 1 gas fill-up at a time...

Buying an appropriately-sized compressor for your irrigation design (layout, no. of zones, etc.) is your first concern.

Adaptors/fittings are a secondary consideration.

Else the time taken every year to actually accomplish the task might make that $85/yr. expense seem reasonable.
