I’m in the same boat some concrete repair and small stucco repair. I’m finding most guys (big companies) want bigger jobs and don’t want the small repair jobs.

For the concrete I started looking diy options and Dixon myself. Stucco I’m not sure yet as I want the paint to match. Might even go ahead and do the whole thing Instead of patching

If you do find someone to do the concrete repair lmk.

Based on the picture, the concrete doesn't look that bad, and it just looks like your walkway stones have settled over the years and sunk a good 3-4", below the finished part of your porch.

Just regrade and raise your walkway back up to the correct height for that first step.
