Condo Air Conditioner Vent

Hi,

Is it normal for the AC Vent to still blow air even though the thermostat has been set to let's say 30 degrees even though the room is currently at 23 degrees?

System is set on ON/Cool, fan speed at auto. Shouldnt the vents turn off and not blow in air???

If your condo is fairly new, it probably has an ERV system where the fan will always be on to circulate the air. The answer is no.

My condo HVAC blower does not do that. It turns on as required by the thermostat. Condo was built 2016.
