Look, every1 knows the best site is https://www.worldometers.info/coronavirus/. Major news media are getting the stats from this site. How they keep up with all the stats for each country, break-downs, charts, graphs, etc is pretty well done. Amazing actually.

Meiji: Ambassador Swanbeck, I have concluded that your treaty is NOT in the best interests of my people. So sorry, but you may not.

COVID-19 Global Pandemic Real-time report Click to switch to Chinese version for more details statistics than the English version on China as one nation.

Other site widely used is John Hopkins U.. which appears to be comprised of data from multiple sites combined of which worldometer is one. Layout is more confusing with multiple scroll bars and ugly coloring. CNN quotes from them all the time.

My son told me a lot of these virus count trackers contain malware, so be cautious and don't just click some random link or download app without checking it comes from a legit source?

That's an awesome site and according to them they are sources to some of the major news outlets and also Johns Hopkins. I checked the Hopkins site and couldn't confirm that though.

I think this is a good one for global stats:
The richest 1% of this country owns half our country’s wealth, 5 trillion dollars, one-third of that comes from hard work, two-thirds comes from inheritance, interest on interest accumulating to widows and idiot sons, and what I do.. <find the rest>
