Our whole family left Robbers because of the same reason. I do not think consumer discounts are applicable to corporate plans. This would be across the board at any service provider.

Earlier in this thread (first few pages) there were some that got a EPP discount applied to those plans from Bell. I think it may have been 20% off? Not sure. You'd have to do a search. I know it was only for certain companies though as my employer/associations doesn't get the discount at Bell.

Yes they do. I emailed the epp representative and they provided a link to a different website. The discount is 30% off the current ongoing unlimited plans.

I get 30% off at both Telus and Rogers, trying to find the best upgrade plan for my wife and I. Contracts end in October but I'm good to pay off early. Any recommendations of we *don't" need unlimited?

Would we be better off going to Freedom or similar? Currently paying $160/month for 10gb shared on the Premium 55 plan (300 minutes) with cost of devices included (Galaxy SO and LG G6 at the time)

has anyone paid off the easy payment device balance at telus to see if they charged you the hardware device credit as well? Please and thanks.

anybody else looking to get the Note10+ with 50GB from Telus? Not sure if I should wait or bite the bullet.

Monthly Order Summary

$1160.00/24 months $48.33 (1160 for Note10 over 24 months, great deal IMO)
Simple Share 50 $87.50 (50GB for 87.50 doesn't sound too bad either)
Due Monthly
$135.83

The easy payment portion is just a small % of the device balance. The rest is worked into your monthly contract.

I.e. you can pay off the easy payment balance (whatever it is) but you're still on the hook for the rest of the device subsidy divided by how many months in your contract (how it's always worked)

Still a really good deal if you stick with them for 2 years, but less scolding lava hot then it initially looked.

You need to provide more information. A big part depends on what device you want. From there determine whether Freedom's coverage/signal is acceptable where you live and work.

should I even bother trying to get to Rogers Retentions to see what they have to offer? Or just straight up port to Telus?

Anyone contacted Rogers Retention lately? I hear they're a lot stricter in terms of offers nowadays

They offered me 78.75 for 10GB Shared Data plan Edge 30 + connection fee. S10+ would still be $200 upfront. (More expensive than Telus for Quebec) The rep mentioned it is not an infinite plan. It's also the same plan across Canada... doesn't matter if you live in Quebec.

I checked a family member's Rogers EPP. For Quebec, they have $77 for 14GB Shared Data plan Edge 40. S10+ and some other phones are $0 upfront. Telus is cheaper depending on the phone.

yeah, Telus's 58.50$ (simple share 10gb) + 13$ (s10+) = 71.50$ is very hard to beat. just the 0$ upfront for the s10+ is another 8.33$ off over 24mths
