I would probably jump on the 20GB with $7.25 S10+ if it were available on my Telus EPP for Ontario Teachers. Hope they update it tomorrow.

I stuck with the Rogers deal just because they gave me the extra 3GB data for free and was the better deal at $80.50. But with $7.25 that would make going with Telus the no-brainer at that price point.

I've been checking our portal through Smartcell all day and the price hasn't changed.

Went to the Telus on the Path in Toronto (TD building) and picked up an S10+.
Quick and easy.
What did you have to provide for proof of eligibility?

I just signed up for a S10+ through Telus. I thought it was weird that there was no where for payment info.

Do they ship it out and bill you at the same time?

Most likely.

They can't charge you anything without authorization though. Device would get shipped to you however.

Has anyone taken advantage of telus EPP home services? I am currently with them optic TV and internet with an $80 a month discount. Not sure if EPP will have higher discounts than my $80 off but if they do or have very close amounts It would be nice to not have to call them every year to get my discounts renewed.

EPP Home discounts are just $10 off Internet and TV for a total $20 discount. Keep your discount.

Bring a paystub, or your work pass. I 2nd that store. They did mine as well. Not all Telus stores will do it. Most of them don't actually.

Here's one of the deals Telus is offering me:
Save up to 30% on our new Peace of Mind plans and never worry about data overages again
Save up to 30% on our new Peace of Mind plans with endless data. Plus, get an exclusive $300 hardware discount on any device with TELUS Easy Payment®. Hurry, this is a limited-time offer.

My question is; The 300 off. It appears that is 300 off the retail price. One a 1500 dollar phone that's not really much of a deal, is it?

Just pick out a phone/plan online and add it to your cart to see the actual discounts. Hardware discounts are actually way more than $300. Samsung S10+ was discounted from $1500 down to $300 (1200 discount) split over 24 months.

What did you end up having to do for them to cave? Call them or email?

I have to go in-store to do this. Come to think of it, last time I tried this is was just off retail. Hardly a deal. I will give it a go though.
