[Costco] 20% Off - Valencia Siena Leather LED Power Reclining Home Theatre Seating

C398A904-B250-462C-852C-D9749E4A1F70.jpeg

Hasn’t been posted yet.

Per my research looks like a Costco’ed version of the Piacenza (minus the power headrest and chrome tray attachment adapter).
The Piacenza is $475 more for the 3-seater version and has a 2-Yr warranty vs 3-Yr on the Costco models.

Sale runs 02/01/21 to 02/07/21 on both costco.ca and valenciatheaterseating.com

Not for everyone as there are obviously cheaper seating solutions, for example Costco had single HT style recliners recently on sale for $550.

When I purchased there were 26 in stock of the 3-Seater, that dropped to 12 in stock over the past two days but has now gone back up to 38 in stock.

Free Shipping plus 2% Back for Executive Members and Costco Return Policy.

2-Piece $1599 ($1999 Reg)

3-Piece $2299 ($2899 Reg)

4-Piece $2999 ($3799 Reg)

I bought the higher end nappa leather chairs last year and did a 2 row staged type seating in my HT and they've been amazing.

I negotiated directly with the supplier and sure I don't get the Costco warranty... But it was like 15-20% cheaper.

Edit1: Lots of folks PMing me about the details, so I added some additional pics. As you can see, we did a double riser in the back row. We started with 1, but it didn't really work out, as the motorized headrest in the first row quickly chewed into that height. The risers are around 6-6.5in each, so the back (upper) row, is around 13inchs higher than the front (lower) row. We also drew the power line under the first rise platform, hence the clean wire look behind the first row.

What isn't super clear in the photos is that the back row, does not sit flush to the back wall. There is around a 12-14inch gap to allow for the full recline of that row. If there are any further questions, let me know

Long live the RFD community!

I have the piacenzas, three seater with motorized headrest and trays that I got from Eastporters.

Fantastic chairs, paid $2999 plus tax for mine, so price seems okay from Costco minus the missing items.

Those seats are the style I would have preferred but picked these due to budget constraints.

Eastporters. They're in Oakville.

I ended up getting them for around 950 a chair vs 1150 from Costco. Cherry on top was that I could tell them my configuration and they threw in 8 carbon fibre tables (valued at $65 each).

Same white glove service. They explained their return policy but I wasn't going to be returning it unless they were faulty

Thanks for this. This is priced at 750 a chair for the piacenza, right? I don't think Eastporters can beat that?

I got my Venice chairs through Eastporters. They are pretty great to deal with and got 20%off (extra off the sale price) by haggling with them.

Not sure. I gave them a call and went to their showroom. Nothing to lose imo and it's the rfd way to try and save $$ :)

The equivalent at Eastporters is $2,774.97, assuming they would do 20% off it would be $2220 for the 3-Seater.

I assumed due to the recent surge in HT-related prices that this would be a bad time for haggling but definitely worth a shot.

They're putting 20% off on their product at Costco, obviously they're willing to budge no?

I think they're called the Tuscany. I got mine when it was 'on sale' at Costco and bestbuy as I think they're the supplier for both sites (or at least was when I was buying it) and they still dropped the price further, as I'm sure they have to pay Costco some kind of fee or sales %.

Doesn't hurt to ask imo. But if you're unsure... Costco's return policy is 100% better, but obviously comes at a premium

Reg price at Eastporters is $1699/seat ($5099.97 for 3-Seater)

They are advertising a “sale” at $924.99/seat but the consensus here is they might do an additional 20% off bringing cost down to $729.99/Seat.

Costco sale price $766.66/seat (less potential executive rebate $15.33), net $753/Seat.

Eastporters would be the slightly better deal if you are able to (YMMV) haggle down 20% more on the sale price, their seats have the tray attachment but the Costco deal has the flexible return factor.

I was able to negotiate them down to $1350 a chair around boxing day this year. Hope it helps!

Bought the 8 Oslo seats from eastporters in November. Still don’t have them. Likely a good idea to get these ones if you don’t want to wait months.

I’m sure it’s not eastporters fault for the delay but rather Valencia. I’ve ordered other things via eastporters, such as my 150inch screen and they were fast and awesome to work with.
