Is it better than Acer ET322QU from the Staples deal last time?

Yeah, but you wouldn't get the Costco "return for any reason" warranty. Only two reviews over on newegg, but neither one looks positive so I'd be very inclined to stick with Costco's return policy.

From the NewEgg review:
You can't touch the screen nor can you touch the front part of the sides. They explain this in the instructions. If you inadvertently touch one of those spots, lines form on the screen an it is ruined
Can someone please elaborate on this? It's very possible for anyone (and their kids, guests, etc) to accidentally touch the screen.

does that apply for monitors? I thought certain items are not eligible for return after 90 days

If touch means punch maybe.

I don’t know of any display that breaks at a light touch on the screen, unless the screen falls over and hits the floor or something.

Yes, monitors are 90 days for return, but that's still their standard "return it for any reason" so you've got 90 days to see if there are any dead pixels, or if whatever that wierd "I touched it and it broke... they talk about this in the documentation" thing is from the newegg review.

NewEgg sales LG monitors [and some other] right now with 3 years warranty So well worth considering, if at all.

This is 2K on 32" monitor; 4K would be optimal for that size. Just sayin'
