Yeah, but you wouldn't get the Costco "return for any reason" warranty. Only two reviews over on newegg, but neither one looks positive so I'd be very inclined to stick with Costco's return policy.

From the NewEgg review:
You can't touch the screen nor can you touch the front part of the sides. They explain this in the instructions. If you inadvertently touch one of those spots, lines form on the screen an it is ruined
Can someone please elaborate on this? It's very possible for anyone (and their kids, guests, etc) to accidentally touch the screen.

Acer have 3 years Warranty
this LG is 1 year. (well + 1 extra year from Costco, I think)

does that apply for monitors? I thought certain items are not eligible for return after 90 days
