Anyone spot any stock at Queensway (Etobicoke)?
Yes, they were there when I went on Friday.

Good point. I think I saw on the Amazon listing for the Costco version that it needs 5 (!!!) AAA batteries.
That's a misprint. The back of the package states that either the included power adapter, or 3 AAA batteries are required for the display unit. It also needs 2 AA batteries for the remote sensor.

Have the greyscale model from Costco from several years ago. Works great, I like the easier to see colour display though. Our batteries last forever, in both the sensor and the display

I prefer one of the cheaper Acurite humidity monitors from Amazon (about $11) since they can run an entire year off a single AA battery whereas the Costco one requires wall socket power.

I'm glad I got the greyscale screen years ago when Costco had them on clearance. It takes 3 AA batteries which I have only had to change once.

I have the grey scale one as well. Wished it had an atomic clock feature though.

Would adding an additional station + sensor cause confusion for the stations to sync to the right sensor?

No, I have 2 of them. Switches on station and sensor (A/B/C).

Picked one up from the Heritage store in Calgary yesterday too. Although it might be hard to find as it was located in the stationary/office supplies isle.

Lots available in the Langford store located one isle past the book display, units are about the size of a small tablet.

I checked Courtenay/Comox today. Still $30. A person looked it up for me. The price at that store doesn’t drop to $19.97 until January 22, 2019. :(
