Not sure if the price has changed there yet, but the Fredericton NB store had plenty of these in stock last time I visited.

Tempted. Wished it had a full button layout to mod with Raspberry Pi for other games.

Does Costco carry any of the other models? Not really looking at this one since it only has 1 player.

It’s really not that hard to drill a few new holes to add more buttons. The whole kit would cost you maybe $80 on Amazon.

I did this with the sf2 arcade 1up and I’m not handy at all.

Costco usually just carries 1 for Christmas.

These arrived after Christmas - I suspect they were stuck on a ship, didn't make it for the holidays and hence, they have piles of these cabinets to clear out.

FYI price has been this low for awhile at Superstore. I was at the Main St and SE Marine Dr location on Feb.24th and there was still stock of the Pac-man and Street Fighter. Not selling fast but it is better to buy on no tax days like from another thread Here.

wood prices are still too high to guage plus the decalling alone to cover the whole unit is expensive for just basic mame labelling so alot more for name brand quality decaling etc. The time to build it and look right takes some wood work skill too and proper equipment. Its way cheaper to buy and mod than diy from ground up and your end look would be heads better than diy with no experience. hence why people buy these.

I prefer the partycades myself. smaller footprint.

Think this is a pretty bad deal, 1 player only plus it doesnt even have enough button. I mean sure, if you want to pay $300 plus tax for a huge paper weight taking up space in your basement

Missing my two favorite pac man games, Ms. Pac man and Jr pac man.

If that's your view of then then you're probably too young to understand.

Even if you have all the tools and know how it would still be over $300 once you add the decals, marquee and electronics. Decals alone would run you well over $150.

At 300$ it is starting to be a good deal just for the cabinet itself. Pretty sure there is a ton of hack that allows you to run other softwares like RetroPie and that you can change the joysticks/buttons for a cheap kit from Amazon
