Costco Asurion extended warranty
The TV I bought died. I bought Costco's extended warranty along with the TV 3 years ago.
I submitted a claim to Asurion extended warranty almost two months ago but not even one person contacted me.
On their website it says Your claim is in progress. We're sorry. Tracking information is not available for your claim.
This is very ridiculous. Did anyone file a claim thru them before? What's your experience?
Can I go back to Costco and make them deal with it?
