I go to Costco once a week and it's always been in stock. Flour was OOS for a little while but lots of stock now but I haven't seen yeast in a long time at my local Costco.

I think OP mixed up baking powder and dry yeast.
Dry yeast is the one OOS most of the time.
Baking powder is sold out at most grocery stores. See stock track for Walmart. No inventory anywhere. I didn’t even know Costco had baking powder till I saw this and it was basically less than half price of any other grocery store....double the qty and still cheaper...
