As a boot fanatic, with pairs ranging from $600 Strathcona goodyear welts to $20 Roots boots, these are by far the ugliest boots I have ever seen.
Need help with the 8gb $49 Koodo plan?

But what does that mean? 1 year later you can get a refund? 2 years later?
Unless the warranty is special for these boots from costco it means they have to be unworn when you return them. I've returned shoes there before and been declined because I tried them on and wore them outside for 10 minutes.

I have these in steel toes and they are the best boots I’ve owned.

No way, you can return worn shoes to costco if you are not happy with them. perhaps your individual account was flagged for returns?

Maybe my customer service person was more by the books or just had no idea what they were doing then. I've been a Costco member for years and that was my second return ever. The first was because they shipped me the wrong item completely.

No, something must have been wrong because that is not "by the books". "by the books" is returns are allowed if you are not satisfied.

I've returned plenty of used stuff to Costco. Including a crappy lawn mower and a crappy katak paddle after a year.

Don't see why they would refuse shoes if you wore them and they fell apart or sucked after wearing them outside.

This past fall I feel like 1 in 4 people under the age of 35 were wearing these.

This is a great because the Blundstone company doesn’t allow retailer the boots to go on sale anywhere anymore.

I don’t think anyone should worry about the warranty, I don’t think they really care. I sent pictures of my 10 year old boot with multiple tears/holes and they sent me a replacement immediately.
