If you have $50 coupon and don't know what to buy, this may be the best choice to use it on.

Sale price in store :
Charmin = around $18 (after discounts)
Bounty = (
That’s what we ended up doing. We had two of those vouchers and it wouldn’t allow you to use both on the same transactions, so we were limited to what we originally intended.

Still thinking of what to use my $50 voucher on. Looking at different grocery items but everything is so overpriced.

Buy a beef strip loin... The $50 card basically makes it half price...

what can I buy with $25?
You can keep an eye out on the hot buys section (https://www.costco.ca/hot-buys.html) to see if anything catches your eye.
I had a $25 voucher a few months back and I used it on a useful item that I needed, it was a few more dollars than if I bought in store but if you have a voucher to spend might as well use it up. I bought biodegradable liners/bags since I was running low (https://www.costco.ca/Biosak-Compostabl ... 26073.html).
In my opinion, might as well pay a few extra dollars for something that you're actually going to use than something on sale that's not very useful to you.

FIgure worst case I'll use my voucher on an iTunes giftcard. Its always a few bucks off retail, but hoping it goes back on sale for ~20% off online before end of month
