Beef Ribs $9.99/kg

Price:
9.99
Expiry:
May 19, 2021
Retailer:
Costco - Business Center (Gloucester)
I Just got back from Costco Business Center in Gloucester. Beef ribs are on for $9.99/kg (last week sold for $13.99/kg)!

Printed label says "Bone-In Short Ribs Ungraded" but there is a sticker on the package that says Canada Prime

These are awesome on the smoker.

Here's a link to the ribs on the costco site: Costco Ribs

I think due to the size (5 kg typical), only the Costco Business Centers carry them. You can try calling the one in Scarborough.

Yes, there was a lot of meat. To put in perspective, when I smoked them the first time, there were 6 of us who enjoyed them -- 1 rib for 2 people. In the package, there were 8 ribs (2 sets of 4).

Yes it is a great price, and it's nice that it's Canadian beef.

You only need a regular Costco membership to go into the Costco business center.

No special membership needed for the business centre. The regular card works.

Even though it says "ungraded" if you look at the picture I posted, it has a "Canadian Prime" sticker on it. I think this was Costco's way of justifying the lower price.

This happens all the time. When an order is taken from big box stores for a certain grade, there are times that the full order can't be filled and may be filled with higher grades.

The business center has had this for a while. I don't think I've ever seen beef ribs in regular stores.

If you're in Scarborough just go to the business centre

Thanks mate, saved me from driving in from Milton to check there...I'll wait for the sale...if it ever does occur.
