Same machine. The Walmart one only comes with 2 reusable mop pads. Think there was a bonus 2 fragrance discs and 2 disposable sample pads. I've used it for a month, and no problems so far.
That said, (if you already have a Costco membership), I would have personally bought the Costco version in OP's link. Costco's return policy alone is worth the extra $10.
