[Costco] Samsung Appliances $1000 OFF - American Range - $3500 off etc...

Just noticed this while doing my monday morning cruise through costco.ca

http://www.costco.ca/appliances-offers.html

The kicker is the samsung kitchen suites

3999.99 - seems to be a 600 - 800 savings to all the other big guys (sears, lowes etc) AND costco offers free 2 year warranty.

Some other notable mentions below. American Range ranges are almost half the price of canadian appliance $3,899 vs $7,169. They also have different sizes, configurations with grills and such

Damn! I wasn't planning on doing my kitchen reno until September but I might just have to buy that American Range 30" 5 burner now. $3899 looks like a great price!

Anyone have any experience with American Range? Any other brands in this price range to check out? I know BlueStar is great too.

No experience but I have heard of them. They basically make commercial ranges for a residential home, so the quality is TOP NOTCH.

Just look at the weight of it in comparison to something from frigidaire thats the same size... 500 lbs vs 150 lbs!

Does anyone know if there are sales in store as well? I have been eyeing a Samsung dishwasher in store but it is not on the Costco.ca site.
Thanks

The problem with the packages is that they always put junk I don't want in them like a free standing range or something.

Luckily for you not, Samsung dishwashers must be the worst out there. The money you save on the deal you'll have to spend on repairs in 2 years.

and from what I read, if you buy with the Capital One Aspire card (or other cards with the same features) the warranty is doubled to 4 years. Not too shabby
