[Costco] Cat 14 inch drum fan $60

Seen at the Edmonton Costco on the yellowhead. On sale for $60 instead of $80.

Solid construction and metal blades. Says it can be mounted on the wall via the base. Seems like a solid deal if you are looking for a floor/drum fan to move some air.

Anyone saw it in GTA
I bought one at Billy Bishop last week (paid $80 I think). This thing can really move air. Quiet on low settings 1-2 and reasonable on 3-4. I just took this outside tonight for a BBQ and people really appreciated the breeze.

Bought it 2 days ago $89.99 from Woodbine costco. Low speed 1 is pretty quiet but anything faster will be quite noisy. it does move the air quite well

Saw them last week at Markham/14th location. Close to the jewelry/watch display.

Can anyone confirm if it's $60 at any GTA locations?

There are a bunch in deerfoot Meadows in Calgary.

Will this be suitable for an apartment? How does it compare to a traditional stand fan?

I think it’s meant more for worksite ventilation. For an apartment I’d get one that’s designed to be quiet.

Do you recall where they were in the store at deerfoot meadows? I went today and couldn't find them.

You can likely get a 14 inch high velocity drum fan from Princess Auto for lot less when it goes on sale. $60 is regular price at PA.

18 inch model is $70
