The dimmers are in the lighting aisle. The plugs are in the electronics section.

Found the CE Wi-Fi Smart plug at Bridge.
They are hiding at the end of the Optical Department.

Lots of both in Burlington this past weekend, but appear to be at full original price.

Are these switches better or the HS220s? I'm currently using one HS220 that I got as a gift. It seems to work without issue but are about 45 for 1. Is the only advantage here price?

I just set one up an hour ago. Didn’t come across any issues as of now.

Found plenty of smart plugs at Leaside (Toronto) location.

However - as mentioned by others earlier, the CE Smart Plug isn't suitable for high-wattage devices. It's only rated for 10A/1250w - so it's fine for lamps but it will blow out if you pair it with kettle/heater/etc.

I didn't read the thread closely and the specs weren't printed on the packaging (there's a picture of a coffee maker on the back - which is misleading IMO). Ended up returning the smart plug to Costco (kettle blew it out - light/relay 'worked' but no power) and got 2 x 16a/19xx watt plugs off Amazon for $30 (after coupon)... no tax too!

Looks like price is back to $33 now but FWIW, I wasn't taxed on this (ON).

Work with both google home and Alexa.
Tho I like Alexa better in home automation. And Dyson only work with Alexa so I had to have both in my home

Works just like the HS220 at like over half price.
Never came across any issue for the past few months. Both plugs and switches

For those of you who are using these plugs and possibly the switches in your home automation, there is an over the air firmware upgrade path for these devices. You can move off of the Chinesium spyware and install your choice of Tasmota, EASYesp or whatever you like. I'm doing it to get rid of the phoning home that these things do.
