I really hope wearing fabric masks/face coverings will be more wide spread. I see people walking around without face coverings and it scares me. I'm all for reopening the economy but I hope there will be a higher compliance with wearing face coverings so that we can continue to keep the curve flat. It's fine even if the masks don't have a perfect seal, having some covering is definitely better than no covering.

I just had a getaway with my wife in Collingwood and Creemore (ON) and was blown away that the people prepping and serving our food were not wearing masks. I guess in cottage country we've let the nice summer weather cloud our better judgement? Was at another open place and some employees wore masks where others didn't. Wasn't it mandated in Ontario for employees to wear masks? I know in Ottawa the number of new cases is low but people forget that the whole pandemic probably started by a handful of people.
