because they literally take 5-10 minutes to put up and take down, not exactly pop-up instant, but quick nonetheless

the only thing I find is that you have to stake them down well or they can tend to drift as they weigh almost nothing

just used this for the first time on the weekend at earl rowe provincial park....bought last yr at sail on sale for about $129.....it really is only 3-4 minutes to set up and take down...it stood up to 40 kmph wind gusts without batting an eye BUT we used a much better set of pegs which can be purchased at Can Tire or Walmart or anywhere really...also stayed dry underneath in steady light rain all saturday evening...when it rained more heavily we got a bit of dripping on the picnic table...big enough for a picnic table and a couple of chairs quite nicely..recommend highly for this price

they could have called it 15 min screen house, but instead they use the word instant, because they believe that normal human would make a difference between a permanent screen house that require tool and equipment to build it vs this one that take 15 min to set it up.

are you guys buying from costco or amazon and why?

is not coleman direct website recently have a 40% off or something like that? it might come cheaper directly from coleman.

if not, amazon with 5% ebates its not bad either.

costco for the convenience to return it, just in case.

it is not instant..but....do it once...then its only 3-4 minutes ..
