i actually want something with easier access instead of zipper.. hopefully there is something comes with those magnetic strip so it can open and close much easier.

Thanks for the share OP! I would've grabbed one if I hadn't just bought one from SAIL!

Not sure why this post is getting downvoted - if you're in the market for an open screen tent, this is great. Most negative reviewers are complaining that it doesn't protect you from rain....well you don't need to setup and assemble to figure that out. Great tent for a great price

This is not supposed to protect you from rain, but only mosquitoes. I don't know why people think this is for rain.

I have the one cotsco used to carry, the 13x15. It is great and has a higher angle to the walls, and hence a larger roof area. I am not sue why but Coleman still offers a 13x15 tent house but with a horrible roof and not the same overall cubic feet available because of the low angle walls. Anyways I think the 10x10 is okay but man I wish they would bring back the 13x15 as my zippers are starting to fail.

Much smaller and more portable than my current 10x10 "easy up" it's so big and heavy it's never been used... this one being much much more portable i am sure will be used more often.

Camping? Rope up those large tarps from Costco, 2 for $22.99, strung up at an angle so rain water channels off a corner. An arborist bag will get easy branch height if you want it.
