Costco.com forwarding to Canada

When I lived in Ottawa I was able to successfully order from Costco.com and have items sent to Myusaddress in Ogdensburg.

I now live in Toronto and would like to do the same, however I would like to find a forwarding service to send my order to my home address. I have already tried one and Costco cancelled the order immediately. Are there any forwarding companies that are currently able to slip under Costco's software radar? I ask because some of the services I've come across ask you to pay a deposit before they give you a US address.
