[Costco] Costco - 3x4Ft 3/4” Rubber floor mat - $23.99

I saw these when I was at the Guelph Costco.

A great deal for those trying to put flooring for a home gym/garage.

I was looking for some to add to the ones I bought at Lowe’s which are no longer in stock anywhere.

These seem to be lighter duty than the normal stall mats due to the lego block finish on the one side?

Not sure how I feel about the lego texture on the one side. Does anyone have these ?

That's a pretty good deal considering the cheapest I've seen was a 6'x4' from Fitness depot for $68.

I have these in my gym. They're legit. Going to Costco tomorrow to buy a half dozen more.

Thanks for the heads up, OP. Been waiting a year for these to come back in stock.

How do they handle liquid spills? Looking to get for the garage and just wondering how they would handle oil or water?

Water, fine. It's rubber.

Oil, no idea.

Anyone try deadlifting on these, would they be enough to cushion the weight from causing floor damage? I'd probably only do 315lbs.

We have similar ones from Costco, that I think are 4x5? That we got a couple years ago for 30 or 40 bucks. They are probably an inch thick at least. We use it for our basement gym, and they've treated us quite well. I would definitely recommend them for a gym.

Here's a photo. There's 4 of them laid out.

Thanks OP.

Starting to build a home gym. These are twice as big and $10 cheaper than what I was seeing elsewhere.

For a concrete floor and rubber plates, maybe.

I have two layers of 3/4" OSB and a layer of this. Plus bumper plates. DL around 450.

Any off-gassing / horrible smell I keep hearing about with the stall mats? Would these work well for the DIY deadlift platform?

It's listed as recycled vulcanized rubber, so you're likely to expect an off-gassing smell.

It'll smell like a tire shop for a 2 months

Leave them outside for a few weeks and I hear it improves.

I have one of these under our washer because we had issues with vibrating and it moving. Works great. Just a caution that these are a bit heavy and can be hard for one person to maneuver by themselves.

I put mine in (not these ones) about a month ago and it’s half the odour it was before.
