I know it says "regular fit" and I can't speak specifically to this item but historically BS fits on the smaller side. I havent bought/tried on any BS stuff in the past couple of years but the handful of tops and jackets I have, I had to buy a size larger. i.e I wear sz. Large Reebok hoodies, but had to go XL on my previous BS parka from 3 yrs ago.
It also depends on which company is licencing/making BS stuff these days too which could be vastly different from the BS stuff in prior years in terms of style and sizing.

I am that size and have never worn a medium anything.
