[Costco] Costco - A box of 4 x 2 egg yolks moon cake for $15.88

I don't see this posted anywhere yet but knowing T&T and other retail sells this for over $40 per box for 2 egg yolks moon cake, the $15.88 per box at Costco is a really good deal.

We found a bunch at Ottawa Kanata Costco.

This might be a regional product. I haven't not seen these in Vancouver.

Shows on the picture yellow is double yolk and red is variety (whatever variety means)

Bought mooncake last year for $12. With inflation I suppose $16 is decent. Can anyone vouch for how it tastes?

At the Woodbine & Hwy 7, it's infront of the freezer for seafood, a few paces outside of the walk-in freezer.

Not good unfortunately. Even the T&T made one is better, nevermind premium brands. I tried it twice on separate years, and had to remind myself "never again".

I would say terrible.
But I do not have much experience, only tasted premium once, and though still not like it, it was much much better.

Yeah. The yolk is dry and crumbly. Its ok for me as I eat moon cake more for the lotus paste.

The ones in Calgary are made in China. I got the Taiwanese Pineapple cake instead.
