Anyone know how this one compares to the B970C model that HD sells for 299 and Lowe's has been price matching for 269?

You would have rather put the price $ 340 in the subject instead of the $ 60 off
I missed to read the word OFF and got excited to buy it for $ 60

I believe the only difference is in the LED lights. The motor/mechanism and accessories are the same.

I guess it's not too difficult to change the lights to LED by yourself?

I have the Liftmaster version of this and it has been great. It is quiet and smooth, the battery lasts (for me) about eight open and close cycles (hydro one has been doing work on my street and killing power). Just a note, when you use the app to close the garage, the thing beeps and the LED light flashes like crazy.

It is an LED panel with a small two or three-wire pigtail. Easy to change. I worry about the availability of the panel in a few year's time when it goes.
