I usually only eat striploin. Is Picanha good as a steak?

it sounds tantalizing,

but the idea of importing beef from another continent... all that fuel for the plane and fridge to keep it cool, it turns me off honestly.

I'll buy Canadian beef instead

Picanha is amazing as a steak.
You have to eat the fat to fully experience the flavour.
Make sure to cut with grain to cook as a steak, and cut against the grain when cut to small pieces.

Importing and exporting beef is a very common practice.
Canada and The US exports beef all around the world.
We also import exclusive beef like Japanese Wagyu/ Australian Wagyu etc

I just bought 3lb of Picanha from my local butcher... that is specialized in Brazilian cuts (local beef), paid $38 for 3lb.
So although I really miss South American meat... not so much to pay double the price :)

I think I will [PERSONAL OPINION THAT NOBODY CARES ABOUT]

Great prices, and Costco's customer service makes this even more appealing - thanks!

You left out the most valuable piece of information, who's your guy? Do you know if they also sell Vacio or entraña?
