I have the previous version BP-786, it does the job well, easy to use and read, not sure 100% accurate or not, as I don't have other source to compare;
BP-745 is new design, more compact, same features as BP-786. Bluetooth and TruRead ( 3 tests in a roll automatically) features are nice to have, 200 memory/2 users should be good enough.
If BP7350 comes back on sale around $45-50, I would opt for it, instead of the 10 series.

I'm in the market for a BP monitor and saw that this is currently on sale for $67.99.
