I was able to buy the value sized (135 ml) at shoppers when they have points offer last week, combined with a personal offer, for $1.88 each. You also have more options to choose from. Here is how I did it:

- Toothpaste is on sale at $4.99 each, with expiration date in 2024
- 20,000 points when spend $60 (I bought 10, and other stuff to make it over $60)
- There was an in store offer of 5,000 points on $20 spent on Sensodyne
- I also have a personal offer of 800 points for every $4 spent on Sensodyne

Absolutly no need to put toothpaste all along the brushes, like in the publicities... I put barely 1/4 of that and it's a tad too much sometimes... And I follow dentists recommandation (off mic): 2 well done brushing a day is better than 3 fasts.
Pourquoi pas?

awais wrote: Yes you are correct well more like 0.25ml to be more precise, I used the values stated in the study at this article which mentioned
The only fluid for which you can convert 1ml to 1g is water. For any thing else it depends on the density of the fluid.. unsurprisingly toothpaste isn't the same density as water (which is probably good.. it would be hard to keep it on the brush). What is interesting though is that toothpaste's density is 1.3g/ml. So your linked article reports that usage is 0.19ml-1.06ml

That range is approximately from the dentist recommended value - of a pea @ 0.2ml to the maximum in the world, what's used in the commercials, and what you used in your calcs - 1ml.

145ml = 725 portions ~= 362 days worth for one person (two brushings)... approximately a year
24 tubes = 12 years for 2 people, or 6 months for 48 people.

I am absolutely certain 17 is an adult. I know legally you are not an adult. It's either 18 or 19.
