Welcome to the weekly Costco East thread, featuring pictures of sales items, clearance items, new or interesting products, and popular groceries with fluctuating prices. As @inferno_gn is unable to cover visits to Costco currently, I figure I'd start as I came back from my visit to Candiac.
For those uninformed, today is the first day of the Quebec government's measures of requiring proof of vaccination to enter into stores with more than 16 000 square feet (except for grocery stores, pharmacies and gas stations)
Overall, it was easy to get into the warehouse. Candiac had 6 people setup at tables to check vaccine passports and all the carts were located inside. Inside the store, it wasn't that busy at all (for a Monday lunch hour).
My coverage isn't as detailed as I simply didn't have the time. But here's a good idea of what's on clearance, new items and sale items at Costco.
I got most of the items that were on sale at EOA, but photos of items on the fence was too hard as the carts were there and I was "that guy" to slow everyone down.

Just a heads up, I went to Costco downtown Bridge street this morning, and there was no chicken (legs, breast, thighs, whole, wings, organic or not) at all, except for the rotisserie chickens. I thought I was crazy and just didn’t know where to look.
Just heard on CJAD that someone was at the Pointe-Claire Costco and said there was no chicken there either. As crazy as it sounds, Costco is out of chicken meat!!!

WTF for?
I can understand going to a "regular" store, but our Costco membership cards already have our name and photo on it!
I went to CT this afternoon, and they had 2 employees checking the VaxiCode app and ID, so really didn't take more than a few extra seconds if you walk in prepared.
