Electric fireplaces blow a small amount of warm air but if you want to raise the temp of a room you'll be waiting a while. In the past I had a regular shaped one and it was more for looks than heat.

I think this is similar to what is available in store. If that is the case, the unit is loud and feels cheap. For example the "wood" and "crystals" are plastic. Quick return for me.

Got a 60” wall flush mount napolean

Works great and looks great - yes a little electric motor noise, but pretty silent to be honest

Does warmup the room when needed, else we run it for the look

Got from Costco online about 3-4 years ago on sale $699 I believe

Nice find! The one the OP posted can be flush mounted in a wall (built into a wall) but the cheaper one can not. So, it depends on how it is going to be used.

We are looking at building a fireplace next year and will definitely pay the extra for a Napoleon. The one posted by wmahmud looks really great!
