Costco - downtown Vancouver
Is there a best time to go when the lineups are non-existent? I keep hearing and seeing these long line ups at the different stores in the Lower Mainland and would prefer to go when it is not so busy. Thanks.

Are their lineups outdoors? I find rainy days are best as people avoiding liking up.
However, you are in Vancouver, in Spring. When I lived there for a year, i don't think it was never not raining in the Spring.
