Hey, with those of you with chronic pain this thing actually works well. I was pleasantly surprised how effective it relieves lower back pain and recently some knee issues from skating. I was skeptical, but it's Costco, try and return if you don't like.
This comes with multiple pads, not just the belt. TENS is a tried and tested treatment by physio therapists and it's the same technology.
I kept mine.

If you don't want to spend 150, lots of cheap options on AliExpress. But the dr no Costco belt also has the inflatable lumbar support, the pads are sewn into the belt and very easy to use.
I didn't know that Dr. Ho is still in the peddling business.
I wonder if this thing would also be good in assisting you with the 6 bowel movements a day as recommended by the doctor himself.
