All other retailer list 11c shredder for $180+. Is this a discontinued/clearance product or OP got the price wrong?

The OP one is just a cross cut typical shredder. The one you posted in your image is a "micro-cut", which is a lot smaller than crosscut. So for anyone paranoid about security, then yours would be more secure. Slower surely, but more secure.

Pretty sure they all do if you want them to last.
I've had my crosscut for over 20 years (purchased from costco also). And it has gotten used quite a lot. Oiled a few times a yes, and it just works.
About 10 left of the PowerShred 11C at Costco Thorncliffe Overlea location as of an hour ago. In the middle aisles and not in the office equipment aisles.
They had a lot of the smaller microcut shredders as well.
12 sheet microcut. I forgot to take a picture, but it was on sale for $79.99 in store as well. Probably about 10-15 of them left, found in front just across from the jewelry section.
Found the Fellowes 11c shredder at Kingston Costco ($60). About 10 boxes left as of this noon. Located at front of the aisle along with the safe box besides the wireless booth
