ThankYouRFD wrote: It really depends on usage. Owner's manual should have some instructions on when to change oil. For gas, I have heard about avoiding stale gas in the tank. You may need to add some fuel stabilizer if you are not using that often. Also ethanol free gas is recommended.

Again, this is what I have heard and read, but I am not expert. This will be my first pressure washer and 2nd gas powered machine (after lawn mower), so I don't have much experience. I am sure many RFDers and experts have some tips to share here.
Thanks. We had a gas lawn mower before. After a year in storage, it broke down, and the shop charged couple hundred dollars to fix the gas tank. So try to avoid the same mistake to this first gas power washer.

This model was on sale a few months back in store for that sale price. From digging online the reviews are very "mixed".

Thanks OP. Was waiting for a good deal to upgrade from an older gas pressure washer, and still had my $25 off coupon from the automatic Costco membership renewal to use.

For those who can't justify the price for not using it all the time, consider purchasing with a friend of family member and "time-share" it. Makes much more sense to split the cost of one unit if you're both going to be using it for spring cleanup and a few other things 5-6 times per year.

But this one is not as good as the A-ipower from this thread. Plus it's more expensive as well.

OK thanks, I think I'll stick with the Ai-power. I think I got caught up in the name "Husqvarna" but I notice lately a lot of quality brands ie. Snap-on, John Deere etc. have pimped out their names to produce low quality, low priced junk.

I have the Husqvarna from this year. I like the nozzle that it has two low pressure soap, one regular water, then four pressure 0,15,25 and 40. 40 is great for car washing.

The soap is automatic feed by setting nozzle.

Mixed the soap and water in a bucket before filling container. No complaints.

I would buy again and there is a bunch of YouTube videos to watch.

You can get a Jerry can at any hardware store, Walmart, etc.

I've heard from multiple people to use premium fuel with 0 ethanol.

91 octane and purchase from Shell. You will be fine with that.
