Ghostbed split king adjustable bed and mattress 2999 starts Aug 2

We're looking at having a bed made. A split king as well.. 3k for a 10inch mattress. Though all latex foam. Then to buy adjustable frames like these another 2k or more.. So this is a good deal if it doesn't fail with indentations. I don't want to deal with another bed failing so feel like I'm stuck with this option of a custom latex foam mattress.

4in. 44 hi density in core, 36 density for 2inch and 1 inch of the softer density stuff. And same on other side so you can flip it.

The problem with foam mattresses is NOT typically indentation (like with traditional mattresses). The problem is the foam over time breaks down, and even though there is no indentation, the support is non-existent. I have a Sealy deluxe foam mattress, which cost me close to $1800, but within less than 2 years, on both sides (where the wife and I sleep), the mattress no longer has any support. In the center, it is still perfect. But since there is no permanent indentation, there is no consideration for warranty.
With traditional mattress, you get the indentation typically. I had that on a Sterns&Forster, and got a full refund of the purchase price, since it got so bad.

Latex should be better than that, but I am looking to see for some decent Hybrid mattress, or even considering spending the money on a Tempurpedic. Sister has a split king Tempur with adjustable base for nearly 8 years now, and it is still as good as the day she bought it.

I went with a latex foam made by Essentia. After 2 years it had no support anymore. So from now on I’m buying mattresses at costco. Seems like they all lose their support, but since there’s no actual sag the warranty is useless. Costco has unlimited lifetime return policy.

I ended up buying this ghostbed this morning at midnight. Seems to be out of stock now.

Anyone know if the frame and mattress is returnable if purchased through Costco? We bought the split king bundle through Ghostbed in June, and have been trying to return it. They will accept returns on the mattress within 100 days, but not the frame. So, something to be mindful, though this issue may not exist with Costco since their return policy is typically better.

As a side note, if anyone wants to buy my adjustable ghost bed frame used, let me know.

It’s a manufactured mattress so I don’t know. It was their classic mattress. Pretty firm.

Costco has no return limitations on the mattress or frame. That’s pretty ridiculous of ghostbed to do that. Really shady.

Nothing is wrong with the frame. We just thought the mattress is too soft. But if you want to return the mattress, they won't let you return the base. This is specific to the ghostbed website though, not Costco.

Where do you get sheets for a split King? We use the Costco pima cotton sheets and I'd hate to give them up without a proper replacement.

Buy the adjustable frame/frames at Costco.

We bought the ones that were $400 bucks more because they vibrate.
Every time I put the vibrate on my ears start to itch like crazy, weird.
Save your money and buy the one in the link or without those goofy addons.
Do not buy a mattress from Costco without trying the same one in person in store somewhere if you can find it.
Costco has a great return policy no issues.
We returned to Costco 3 purchases, all Twin XLs, all with outstanding reviews. 6 mattresses total.
They weren't for us.
We eventually went to Sleep Country and bought the Kingsdown Hewitt, returned that also prior to a 100 days.
It literally took us a half year of deciding that the Purple mattress was the right one.
There was one night that I lasted 45 minutes on our newly delivered pizza dough mattress before I headed to the couch.
Like sleeping on a cloud said the review. LMAO

Yeah, the mattress industry is a corrupt joke. You can't rely on online reviews, and you can't trust any manufacturer to deliver a quality product.

The basic model is sold out, so the plus is the only option. is the pillow tilt worth it or is it just a gimmick? is the remote any good? mysleepscience appears to sell the twin plus for 999USD so $1800seems like a good price.

I have also been looking on amazon but most of the bases don not have a valid Canadian warranty.

I have a ghostbed luxe and Casper, and prefer the ghostbed by a long shot. Just feels so much cooler and the firmness is just right (for me). Don't know anything about adjustable beds tho, and its pricepoint. But what I got on sale with Ghostbed was worth it.
