[Costco] Goldtoe Men’s Travel Crew Sock, 8-pack ($14.97) Kate Spade Women's Low Cut Sock, 10-pack ($9.97)

8 pairs of Goldtoe socks for $14.97 seems like a great price,
considering 2 pair are selling for $19 on Amazon: https://www.amazon.ca/Gold-Toe-Casual-T ... B08XLJ8N53

Btw didn’t see them in the Dollarama threads yet but they have 8 packs of womens sport for $4 and 3 packs of nicer womens socks. Didn’t see this brand for mens.

I kind of figured they weren't the exact same, but the link from Goldtoe's website goes directly to the USA Amazon.

Goldtoe: https://www.goldtoe.com/mens-casual-tra ... slub-crew/

Yup. Only 25% cotton, otherwise it's rayon, which is basically cheap fake cotton. High-cotton fabric is much more breathable and comfortable.

Just placed the order. LOL. Anyway, I will try one pair. If feet become smelly, I can return. I have no smelly feet when wearing cotton (70%+) socks.

Terrible socks though. Goldtoe is cheap, thin garbage. You'll have holes in your socks within a week or two. Also stinky feet due to the material

These aren't even available on Amazon at the moment. Why are you trying to compare Costco clearance prices to Amazon anyway?

Have to buy in bulk with Costco and clearance prices are insane compared to any other retailer.

Where to get some affordable, plain, good quality socks?

I have a pair of Uniqlo cotton socks I randomly bought on clearance and they show no signs of wear after many uses.

All the Costco socks I've bought wear out very fast. It's purposely made cheaply for Costco (Fila, Champion, etc). The puma socks at Costco last quite a long time but they are too thick, and I don't like the design.

I may have to try Uniqlo socks again when they go on sale.

Goldtoe quality has plummeted in the last couple years. Used to be high quality, but ones I bought 2 years ago wore out after >6 months.
Not your standard VoIP. Different and novel options & advice for my RFD friends.

I love the black Goldtoe socks on Amazon but I bought these ones above a few months back and they are pretty bad. The cotton is missing and they feel like all of the rest of the crappy socks out there.

I disagree. Quality has improved the last couple years.
