Possible to get a price adjustment in-store if we bought at 59.99?

Wasn’t a fan of this. Very plasticy odors after unpacking led me to return this. It has a plastic-first design in my opinion. And I wasn’t confident that constant heat to those parts would be a good idea.

I just bought this for family member for Christmas online, I figure if it breaks or no good returns are easy at Costco

Just wondering if anyone has any more bad experiences that may have opened and tried it

Initial use will see some burning plastic smell. I have the old version of this and am still rocking it 2yrs later.

No, it was set to be this price in store at the same time it was 59.99 online. Online can only adjust to online price.

Just buy another unit at Costco in-store and then immediately just walk to customer service and return that using ur online receipt for same item.

That is if you can get your hands on one. I called Newmarket Costco at 1:20 PM and I was told there were 30 pcs in stock.
I arrived 20 minutes later and they were all gone!

At $44.99, they're selling like hot cakes!

Ya this is probably YMMV in that case I will be checking my local Costco if they have it fingers crossed.

Usually with these new small appliances I place them turned on outside at max temperature for at least 20 minutes if not longer to get rid of the new appliance smell. Take out everything and let it air out on its own after it's done. Overkill? Maybe. Seems to work for me though.

Not really. You can buy it in store and take it immediately to customer service and return it for the online price you paid. I do that all the time. Only caveat is it has to be in stock to buy.

Yeah but thats not a price adjustment thats a return. Price adjustments need to be done in store for in store purchases qnd prices and online for online purchases and online pricing. You cant adjust an in store price on an online purchase.

Beacon Costco in Calgary was even worse. I called at 12pm, they said they had 109 in hand. Sold out when I got there for 12:30pm, saw a lady walking out with 6 of them..
