[Costco] HOT - Roots Roundtrip Collection 3-piece Hardside Luggage Set - $99.97 @ Costco Online

Costco Online has the Roots Roundtrip Collection 3-piece Hardside Luggage Set for $99.97. This is a great deal for a 3 piece hard luggage set with a 18" carry-on, 24" suitcase and 28" suitcase, so less than $34 a piece.

Comes in purple or blue. There's 188 purple and 223 blue at the time of posting.

Free shipping as well.

We know luggage is consistently 75% off, but The Bay wants $310, $370 and $475 for each piece, so this is over 90% off those ridiculous prices.

Yeesh. Not that anyone would buy this at these prices, but you could literally buy like mid high end luggage for this price. Not like the real high end quality or like a high fashion name stuff, but $500/piece isn't anything to sneeze at.

How are they still in business? Are they pulling like a Canadian Tire where everything is stupid inflated until a "sale" comes along to bring it back to normal?
Why can't we just have sane pricing all the time instead of this roller coaster.

I've bought and used something similar before. The material is an ABS, which is lighter than polycarbonate (higher end Samsonite, Delsey), but it is not as durable. This makes ABS more common in cheaper luggage. While ABS is not as durable, it is lightweight, making it a good option if you plan to carry on your hardside luggage.

If you travel often, I'd buy a set made from polycarbonate and can stand up to the abuse of being thrown around often. Overall, this set is a great deal, thanks OP.

Good feedback

More info here

Edit: @Redmask lol for the mod edit

I bought a set too but linked the first google link about “abs vs pc luggage”

People feel free to google about it...I would think my post history shows I don’t link a lot of it

This is good pricing. Identical to the ones that primecables offers sometimes at $100, this is Costco so easy returns if it craps out!

Bestbuy and Walmart are selling the set for $249.
Still 60%off.
Still thinking wether buy or not.
Koodo $34 / 10GB (unlimited talk)
Freedom Mobile 39 / 11GB (1GB Nationwide and US roaming)
Cogeco $60 / 120 up, 10 down, unlimited (Niagara Region's Internet speed sucks.)
